Biography :
Having lived in North Carolina since 1973, I grew up in Nashville, NC just east of Raleigh and have lived in Raleigh since 1989. I attended North Carolina State University and graduated with a degree in Nuclear Engineering in 1994. I have enjoyed a great 22 year career at Duke University Medical Center working with the Duke CS-30 Cyclotron in the Department of Radiology. I have helped supply radioactive nuclides to both Duke clinicians and researchers who perform both diagnostic and therapeutic procedures. I hope to help the United Real Estate Raleigh team serve as many clients as I have been able to assist with the Duke team.
I have also owned a remodeling business for over 30 years enabling me to be involved with every scope of home construction and repair.
My primary goal as a real estate broker is to share my knowledge of home construction to help my buyer clients choose a home constructed from premium materials that will last a lifetime. Additionally, I hope to help my clients who wish to sell their home determine a cost effective way to make their home highly marketable.
I have several investment properties of my own and really enjoy helping investors find properties to match their investment needs whether it be a flip or a rental. The Triangle area is enjoying a very high demand rental market and a low vacancy rate which offers clients a great opportunity to buy profitable foreclosures.
Having worked all over the Triangle area, I have a very good understanding of how it has grown and how each community has evolved over the last thirty years. This is crucial in matching a client to a location.
